Hellcat in Japanese markings.
I have not seen the photo of this Hellcat, so this is based on a 
drawing from an IPMS quarterly and lots of educated guesses and
imagination. The kit is Academy 1/72 straight out of box.  Everything including the hinomarus were painted except the tail code. This photo was taken at the Exeter show near Toronto, Ontario, Canada.  By Tennessee Katsuta  (03 Jan 01)
